Return Policy

We sell original and limited-edition screen print artworks. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference, except where required by UK consumer law.

Please read all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. However, returned artworks must be:

  • In original, unused condition

  • In original packaging

  • Returned at the customer’s own cost and risk

Once the item is safely returned and inspected, we will process a refund for the artwork price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly discourage returns, as limited-edition artworks may lose value if handled or repackaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and provide clear photographic evidence of:

  • The damaged artwork

  • The outer and inner packaging

Please keep the item and all original packaging, as these may be required for investigation and insurance purposes.

Once we receive your report, we will investigate the issue and coordinate with the artist or courier where necessary.
If the claim is approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement (subject to availability)

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

The appropriate solution will be determined after assessment.

Shipping Responsibility

Orders may be shipped either by Sonsoles Print Studio or directly by the artist.
All refund or damage enquiries must be made to Sonsoles Print Studio, not to the artist. We will manage all communication with the artist and courier on your behalf.
