Delivery Policy

Delivery Overview

Our online shop offers artworks that are fulfilled in one of the following ways:

Dispatched by Sonsoles Print Studio
Shipped directly by the artist
Available for Studio Pick-Up (collection in person)

The fulfilment method for each artwork is clearly stated on the individual product page.

If your order contains items fulfilled in different ways, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different delivery schedules, or require separate collection arrangements.

UK Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.

All shipped orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Prices (per item)

Small Unframed Artwork up to 1kg: £9.00
Medium Unframed Artwork up to 2kg: £13.00
Large & Framed Artworks up to 3kg+ : £17.00

Shipping charges are calculated per item and per artist, where applicable, to reflect separate packaging and delivery costs.

Delivery Times

Orders are usually dispatched within a reasonable timeframe, and delivery typically takes 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on whether the item is shipped by the studio or by the artist.

Studio Pick-Up (Collection in Person)

Some artworks are available for free studio pick-up. This option will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout where applicable.

After placing your order, you will receive an email to arrange a collection time and date. Please do not visit the studio without a confirmed appointment.

Orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation. If an order is not collected and no contact is made, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund at our discretion.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your artwork.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Mixed Orders

As some artworks are shipped directly from individual artists or prepared at different locations, items within the same order may:

Be packed separately
Be dispatched at different times
Arrive in multiple deliveries or require separate collection

Shipping charges are applied per artist to ensure safe handling and fair delivery pricing. Delivery times may vary between items in the same order.

UK shipping exclusions

We ship within the UK excluding the following postcode areas: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, ZE, as well as Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GY), and the Isle of Man (IM).

International Orders

At present, we do not support standard online checkout for international orders.
