This website is operated by Sonsoles Print Studio. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sonsoles Print Studio. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and Artwork

All artworks sold are original screen print artworks, often produced in limited editions. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are part of the artistic process and not considered defects.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the true colour of the artwork.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Due to the limited nature of artworks, availability cannot always be guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and provide a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock errors. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment must be received in full before any artwork is dispatched or made available for collection.

5. Delivery and Collection

Fulfilment may occur in one of the following ways:

• Shipped by Sonsoles Print Studio

• Shipped directly by the artist

• Collected in person via studio pick-up (where offered)

Delivery methods and options are clearly stated on each product page and at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

For studio pick-up orders, collection must be arranged by appointment after purchase. Failure to collect within a reasonable timeframe without communication may result in order cancellation and refund at our discretion.

6. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Items

Due to the nature of limited-edition artworks, all sales are considered final except where required by UK consumer law.

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or faulty and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Customers may also have cancellation rights under UK consumer law. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer’s cost and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, artworks, logos, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Sonsoles Print Studio and/or the participating artists.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content or artwork for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us and the artist.

Purchase of an artwork does not grant any reproduction or copyright rights.

8. Artist Fulfilment Disclaimer

Some artworks are shipped directly by participating artists. While we coordinate fulfilment, artists are independent contributors and not employees of Sonsoles Print Studio.

All customer service, refund, and delivery enquiries must be directed to Sonsoles Print Studio. We will liaise with the artist where necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonsoles Print Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.

10. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
