Description
"Parade" is a continuation of unfinished ideas and fragments from my university days- pieces I never fully resolved, yet they still follow me and shape who I am. It's not directly political, though it may seem that wave at first glance. Instead, it's a personal procession-an ongoing narrative of memories, influences, and unresolved moments that continue to march through my life.
Artist Bio
Born in Mallorca, Spain in 1987, Soni is a visual artist living and working in London.
Her multidisciplinary practice combines printmaking, collage, and found imagery to
explore themes of memory, fragmentation, and personal history. She received her
MA in Fine Art Printmaking from the Royal College of Art in London (2009-2011),
following a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from the University for the Creative Arts in Kent
(2006-2009). Her work has been shown in group and solo exhibitions in the UK
and internationallv. She continues to develop a practice centred around presence,
transformation, and the unresolved.
