Artist Bio

Ann-Marie is a printmaker and art teacher working in South East London. 

Her work is very much determined by printmaking and all its glorious processes. The world is a loud old place that is becoming more and more digital so she believes it is very important to be covered in ink and to look at the things that aren’t demanding our attention, whether that be the background textures of an image or smaller details that are often hiding in plain sight. 

In her use of the CMYK separation process she has also come to love these colours in their own right. This has sparked another path of exploration playing around with how they layer up and experimenting with more bold and graphic outcomes along the way.
